Terms and conditions

We offer private transfers between Punta Cana (PUJ), La Romana (LRM) and Santo Domingo (SDQ) airports and hotels or addresses in the Dominican Republic, as well as excursions. The provider is Isla Go Touristic Transportation (Isla Go Transport), based in Punta Cana.

Transfers are private: the vehicle is for your group only and is never shared with other passengers.

Transfers: you book online giving origin, destination, date and time, flight, vehicle and your details. To secure the booking a 10 USD deposit is paid with PayPal; the rest is paid to the driver on the day of travel, in cash or by card. If you cannot pay with PayPal you can book without paying the deposit: the booking stays pending and our team contacts you on WhatsApp to arrange payment before the trip and confirm it for good.

If your hotel or address is not in the search, the booking is handled as manual: we confirm availability and the final price on WhatsApp before the trip.

Excursions: nothing is paid upfront when you request one. We receive your request and confirm availability and pickup time by WhatsApp or email. Our team may then send you a secure payment link (PayPal or card) to secure your place.

You will receive an email with the summary and your booking code.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Transfers have a fixed price per trip, agreed before you travel. For excursions the price shown is an estimate per person; children and extras are confirmed with you.

• —Included (transfers): private air-conditioned vehicle, a driver waiting with your name, flight tracking on airport pickups, and baby seats or boosters at no charge when requested at booking.
• —Included (excursions): what is stated on each excursion page and confirmed with you.
• —Not included: tips, unagreed stops or detours, and extra services not in your booking. Please tell us in advance about special items (strollers, bicycles, golf clubs).

• —Giving correct and complete details: flight, hotel or address, date, time, phone, and number of passengers and luggage.
• —Being ready at the agreed place and pickup time, and keeping your phone reachable.
• —Letting us know as soon as possible of any change to your flight or plans.

• —Providing the confirmed service on time and with a vehicle suited to your group.
• —Tracking your flight to adjust the pickup if it is delayed.
• —Confirming the changes you request, subject to availability, and assisting you by WhatsApp, phone or email.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellations or delays, immigration or customs procedures, weather, road closures or force majeure. We will do our best to rearrange the service.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payments made with PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any consumer rights the law grants you.
